Where We Ship

Elevon ships worldwide. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time (After Processing)

- Standard Shipping (Domestic US): 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic US): 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs

Shipping Costs

- Domestic Standard: $5.99 flat rate
- Domestic Express: $13.99 flat rate
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order anytime using the link in that email or by logging into your account.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your shipping cost and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ship on time, we cannot control delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our control.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
